Depuis que je vous ai parlé de mon multicuiseur Philips, vous me demandez souvent comment je l’utilise au quotidien. En fait un usage que j’adore, c’est de m’en servir pour cuire des plats qui n’ont pas besoin de préparation, que je peux laisser ensuite dans la cuve au réfrigérateur et que mon chéri le lendemain midi quand il arrive avant moi n’a qu’à la mettre dans le multi-cuiseur et lance lemode réchauffa*ge. Cela me fait donc gagner du temps, et c’est parfait pour notre organisation au quotidien.

Là, par exemple, j’ai préparé ce plat le mardi soir, en m’arrêtant à l’étape 4. En réchauffant le plat le lendemain on n’avait plus qu’à faire réduire un peu la sauce pour qu’elle caramélise et laque les tranches de filet mignon pour un résultat top avec une viande fondante et pas sèche, mais laquée.

Pour l’accompagnement, un wok de légumes ou du riz cantonnais seraient parfaits, moi j’ai fait simple, le mercredi c’est mon chéri qui prépare le déjeuner donc il n’avait qu’à faire cuire à la poêle une poêlée de légumes surgelée toute prête :-).

Ingrédients (3 personnes)
1 petit filet mignon de porc (300 à 400 g)
1 morceau de gingembre (3 cm)
1 cuillères à café de poivre de Sichuan
1 cuillère à soupe de miel
2 cuillères à soupe de sauce soja
6 cuillères à soupe d’eau
1 pincée de 4 épices
Poivre du moulin
Huile

1. Couper le filet mignon en tranches régulières.

2. Faire chauffer l’huile dans une petite cocotte. Y faire revenir le gingembre pelé et haché puis les tranches de filet mignon pendant 2 minutes.

Multicuiseur Philips : mode “frire”, même temps de cuisson.

3. Ajouter le miel, le poivre de Sichuan, le 4 épices, la sauce soja et l’eau. Mélanger.

4. Couvrir, baisse le feu au maximum et laisser cuire pendant 20 minutes. Pensez à mélanger de temps en temps.

Multicuiseur Philips : arrêter le mode “frire”, passer en mode “mijoter” pour 20 minutes de cuisson.

5. En fin de cuisson, soulever le couvercle. Augmenter le feu pour faire caraméliser la sauce pendant 2 minutes. Poivrer, saler si besoin (mais avec la sauce soja ce n’est pas necessaire).

6. Servir avec l’accompagnement de votre choix.

    Bonsoir à tous et à toutes, et ma chére Audrey vos recettes sont super sympa. Désirant acheter le philipps hd3037, j’ai été désagréablement surpris ayant demandé à philipps une doc sur l’appareil, on m’a bien envoyé cela mais le mode d’utilisation en pdf. Donc sur l’ordi en augmentant à 200% tout est bien sur l’écran, en impression tout cela est TOTALEMENT ILLISIBLE. Même un pro de l’informatique n’est pas arrivé à régler ce probléme. Avez vous ma chére Audrey la chance d’avoir un mode d’utilisation LISIBLE!!!!!

    ça me donne très envie, ça a l’air délicieux. Mais ça demande un peu trop d’ingrédients pour moi ^^
    Pour le Canada, j’y ai vécu 6 mois, et je n’ai qu’une envie, c’est de repartir. Durant mon séjour, j’ai pas mal vadrouillé sur la côte est.     Plus rien ne m’arrête, j’enchaîne les recettes que vous nous proposez, et c’est un réel succès à chaque fois. Encore une fois, ce filet mignon est délicieux !     Juste une question un peu bête, dans tes recettes tu parles souvent de sauce soja mais s’agit-il de la sucrée ou de la salée ? Je m’interroge à chaque fois…
